Reschedules
Cancellations by you outside of 12 hours (of your consultation) and a request for a refund will be granted (less any fees if not reimbursed by the payment gateway's policy).
Cancellations by you within 12 hours of your consultation and forgotten/no-show/missed consultations cannot be refunded. Cancellations made by GMW will be rescheduled.
A request for a reschedule, of an existing/booked consultation in the future, will be rescheduled once only.
Forgotten/no-show/missed consultations cannot be rescheduled.
Important
When it's your consultation, GM will wait in the Whereby meeting room for 10 mins. If you do not attend in those first 10 minutes and you haven't notified Reception; the next and all subsequent consultations will be brought forward and GM will be unable to meet with you. Please organise your own reminder.
